Chat rooms require an added function to any site - maintenance, moderation, etc. and are usually found on more pornographic-type sites. I believe Janet's site is a basic intro for newbies to share basic thoughts.

You'll find this opportunity on TrueSwingers [sister site of TrueNudist] within several groups [C2C CDs, etc.]. 
These are free sites, with no ads, user friendly.  Gmail and others offer a C2C function.
Also, Skype, offers group sessions too.
