Hi Dawna...hope you have been doing well.  Just a thought...if you go to www.crossdresserheaven.com  they have a search feature that allows you to search by state.  Rather than waiting and hoping at this site for a response, perhaps you might be able to reach out to someone that way.  That search feature only allows you to search by state so you would need to look at profiles to determine if the potential friend is close to you or not.
